How did you meet your partner? Tell us about your love story…
Jamie and I met as teenagers so we’ve actually been together for 20 years already! We met by hanging out as friends but after the encouragement of some and the warnings of others we took our friendship to a couple and that was it! We’ve been lucky to spend time travelling and living overseas and are happy we got to grow through all of this together.
Tell us about your wedding day, your vision and the style…
We spotted our venue when watching master chef on the couch one night and knew we had to go and look at it. Jamies parents live in Noosa, so we always knew we wanted to get married there but driving up to Maleny in the Hinterland and then touring the Old Dairy we knew there was no other options this was the one. The overall style was very simple and relaxed as the views and the venue provided the most amazing backdrop.
What Chaos & Harmony Shoes did you purchase for your wedding and how did the shoes make you feel?
I always knew I would wear Chaos & Harmony shoes at my wedding. My friends had all worn different styles on their wedding days, and they looked amazing! I wanted a style with a pop of colour but fit the wedding styling tones so the Antique pink was beautiful. I also wanted something comfortable and simple so I could wear them all day and my overall style is simple and classic, so they fit the brief perfectly.
Did the suit or shoes come first and how did you style them with the dress?
The dress came first, and it was a very classic style, so the shoes added the extra elegance I was looking for.
Did you buy the shoes with the intention to wear them again? If so, have you?
Yes, I was missing a pair of simple pump heals in my wardrobe. I haven’t been anywhere to wear heels at recently, but they are there waiting to be styled at my next event. Thanks for making such beautiful shoes! As I said there were no other options for me on my wedding day. I also own multiple pairs from the non-bridal range, and I love them all!
