New Zealand
We know how exciting it is to receive your new shoes quickly.
Shipping in New Zealand is a flat rate of $10 on all orders for one pair, $18 for two pairs and $20 for three or more pairs.
All shoes ordered before 12pm NZT, Monday - Thursday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day for an over night delivery in the North Island. Orders made before 12pm NZT Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. All orders made after the 12pm cut off will be dispatched next business day and 3-6 day delivery in the South Island.
Please note that for high sale periods, shoes will be dispatched within 3 working days.
If you require an urgent or Saturday delivery please contact us and we will do our best to make this happen for you (an extra charge may occur). Rural deliveries may require an extra 1-2 days. We use Post Haste/ NZ Couriers for most national deliveries & AU Post and Fedex for international orders. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your shoes have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note; if you are in Auckland, we recommend including your suburb in the "City" field of the shipping address to minimise any confusion.
INTERNATIONAL

The standard delivery time is 3-10 days depending on where in the world you are. We use AU Post and Fedex for your shipping. Please note this excludes any delays for duties* and GST.
- Shipping fees to Australia are $45 NZD for one pair, $70 NZD for two pairs.
- Shipping fees to the USA are $80 NZD
- Shipping to South Africa are $120 NZD
- Shipping fees to the Rest of the World are $80 NZD
DUTIES
Extra fees for duties and taxes may be charged if you have exceeded your local threshold levels for personal imports into your country. As it varies from country to country, you are best to refer to your local customs office for charges that may incur.
