How does Try With Mirra work?
Choose up to 3 shoes to try at home. We send them to you, you get 3 days to try them with your wardrobe, and you only pay for what you keep.
Please note this service is only available on selected shoes.
Do I pay upfront?
No. We place a temporary pre-authorisation (like a hotel hold). You’re only charged for the pairs you decide to keep.
Is returning free?
Yes — return shipping is covered. There’s just a $10 restocking fee if you return everything. Keep at least one pair and the fee is waived.
How do I return the pairs I don’t keep?
Try them on (only on carpet please), keep what fits, and send back the rest in original condition using the prepaid label, we email you.
When will I be charged?
Once you confirm your keepers through your portal. If we don’t hear from you after 3 days, you will be charged accordingly.
