Returns / Exchanges Manager

Please return / exchange items within 14 days of purchase date.

  • In the box below please enter your email address used with your purchase
  • Please enter order number relating to product you wish to return (this can be found on your order confirmation email or the packing slip that was sent with the product)
  • A pop up window will then appear
  • Select either return or exchange from the drop down menu
  • Enter the quantity you are returning / exchanging
  • Select the reason for your return / exchange
  • Add any customer notes - (please give us as much detail as possible, this helps us improve our products and service for future)
  • If product is damaged - an image must be uploaded as an attachment.

  • Read and Agree to the Terms by clicking the link and then ticking the box
  • Click submit
  • The status below will show your return as pending
  • We will receive a notification of your wish to return / exchange your order, we will review this
  • Once we have approved your return / exchange you will receive and email with our return address, please carefully package your order and send to this address.
  • You will receive another email once your return has been received and your return / exchange has been processed
  • You can log back into this screen at any time to review the status of your return / exchange
