How did you meet your partner? Tell us about your love story…

The power of mutual friends! Our love story is a classic story of best friends becoming lovers. Tiana's uni hall neighbour and friend, Alex, was already a close school friend of Dan's. One weekend away in Wellington, where we met, a friendship quickly sparked that soon turned into love! We thought we were just the very best of mates, while our close friends knew that we held a deeper love for each other. They were right!

Tell us about your wedding day, your vision and the style…

Classic yet timeless, with a fun twist! Our styling vision was to keep things minimalistic with colours but go wild with creative shapes and textures. We chose black and white for the furniture and attire, while our decor, signage and stationery burst with bold, wavy designs.

What Chaos & Harmony Shoes did you purchase for your wedding and how did the shoes make you feel?

The Lover Pearl Heel in ‘Snow’ was absolutely perfect! Its classic white colour kept it timeless, while the elegant pearls on the front toe strap added an extra eye-catching detail. I adored my shoes! They were the perfect mix of comfortable but also fun and glam!

Did the suit or shoes come first and how did you style them with the dress?

The shoes came after the dress, but they were always a part of my vision. My dress was carefully crafted with beautiful beaded detailing, so a heel with pearls to match was always in the plans! Chaos & Harmony just so happened to have the perfect match!
